Aarsha Suyog Wellness LLP delivers across all serviceable postal pincodes throughout India. We partner with India’s leading courier networks (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post) to guarantee reliable, secure, and prompt doorstep delivery of our Ayurvedic formulations.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

We work diligently to ensure your wellness orders are prepared with care and dispatched quickly:

• Processing Window: All orders placed on aarsha.life are verified, packaged in tamper-evident materials, and dispatched from our facility within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation.
• Operating Schedule: Dispatches occur Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays are processed on the subsequent working business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched from our facility in Gujarat, estimated delivery times to your destination are as follows:

• Gujarat & Western India: 1 to 3 business days.
• Major Tier-1 Metros (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India (Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities): 3 to 6 business days.
• Remote / Northeast / Island Locations: 5 to 8 business days depending on regional accessibility.

4. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

We believe in transparent, honest pricing with zero hidden checkout fees:

• Orders Above ₹499: FREE Standard Shipping across India.
• Orders Below ₹499: A nominal flat shipping and handling charge of ₹49 is applied at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Complete visibility from our warehouse to your doorstep:

• As soon as your parcel is handed over to our courier partner, an automated shipment notification containing your Airway Bill (AWB) / Tracking Number and direct tracking URL will be sent to your registered email address.
• You can click the link in your email to monitor the real-time transit status of your package at any time.

6. Secure Packaging & Damaged Delivery

Every bottle and infusion pack is sealed with tamper-evident materials and packed in sturdy protective cartons to prevent leakage or breakage during transit. In the rare event that your outer package appears heavily damaged, crushed, or tampered with at the time of delivery:

• Do not accept the delivery or mention "Received Damaged" on the courier delivery sheet.
• Immediately take a photograph and notify our support team within 24 hours so we can dispatch an expedited replacement free of cost.
